Ask Experts Anything (AEA) is a platform powered by Xprenia that allows users to get quality answers to their questions within minutes by connecting you with relevant experts of your choice. Our platform has experts from various professional fields who can help answer your questions regarding managing your business or building your career in various aspects. This ensures that you receive the necessary advice that it requires to help you grow your business, your personal growth and/or improve your career planning.
At AEA, we believe in providing accessible help from our experts to our users through a hassle-free process in a few steps:

1) Choose An Expert
Select an expert from our list of highly qualified experts on various subject matters.

2) Book a Session
Click the ‘Book a Session’ button, and the website will direct you to make your payment. Subsequently, you will be given access to book a slot from the Expert’s calendar. A confirmation will be sent to your email after that.

3) Connect With The Expert
A meeting room link will be sent to you once the meeting session is confirmed and you are all ready for the expert advisory session!

Yes. You will be able to indicate your desired timeslot based on the Expert’s availabilities. A confirmation email will be sent to your email once you have selected your timeslot. The Expert will follow up with you via email if there are any changes to the selected timing.
After arranging a session, it is important to prepare adequately to make the most out of your time with the Expert. Here are a few suggestions:

1) Prepare a short summary to help the Expert understand the context
2) Prepare a list of questions to ask
3) Rank them in terms of priority
4) Understand roughly how much time you would like to spend on each question and during the session, move on from each question when required
Definitely! You can invite as many people as you want to the session. However, you may want to indicate the number of people joining the session to the booked Expert in advance via email. This ensures that the Expert can meet your expectations to ensure that you can make the most out of the session.
Please screenshot the confirmed details such as the booking time and date in your email as well as the Call Session that has exceeded the 15-minute mark from the booked timing together with the date on your computer screen and write to us at support@askexpertsanything.com

In such an event, users will only be refunded within 30 days from the booked schedule.

Our team will assess the situation and refund accordingly. Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Possible reasons for denied funds:
• A user has requested multiple refunds for the same Expert.
• A user has requested excessive refunds.
• False information provided after we have checked with our experts.
• Users who have their account banned or blocked due to a violation of our Terms and Privacy.
If you are not satisfied with the session. Feel free to provide us with your feedback or indicate your rating under the Expert’s listing. We will take into consideration all feedback and try our best to improve the situation in the future.
Experts decide their rates individually. However, AEA provides guidance to our experts to help them set these rates, and this is based on their credentials, knowledge and their ability to provide good advice.
We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. Stripe accept cards such as:

• Discover

• American Express
If you face any technical issues on our Ask Experts Anything platform, please contact us at support@askexpertsanything.com. Our support team will get back to you within 5 – 7 working days.
Please submit your application over here. All submissions will be reviewed and assessed by our team to ensure certain expert standards and qualities are met.

Once reviewed and assessed by our team, we will contact you on the application results and further instructions on moving forward with the onboarding.
No fee is required to be an expert on Ask Experts Anything. Experts are paid according to a revenue share model.

Revenue share model:
Experts will receive 70% of the revenue made from the transactions on their listing for every transaction made. There will be a minimum of USD$100 withdrawal amount to withdraw for every transaction.

All transaction fees* and conversion rates will be deducted depending on the payment option of your choice. *Ask Experts Anything does not earn from these fees.

We are looking for anybody interested in sharing their knowledge, insights and experiences to solve individuals queries. Some specific qualities that we look out for in our experts are:

2) Willingness to help others
3) Good communication skills
4) Accuracy of information
You can adjust your hourly rate by simply go to your Dashboard > Listing > Price & Coupons and change to your desired rate.
Yes. You will be able to indicate your availabilities through Calendly and subsequently accept/postpone when any user requests for an expert advisory session.
Experts can set up their bank account details on their profile to receive their payments. A transaction will take place for every booking made. Our secure payment system supports payout through PayPal and your input Bank Account. All currencies used on Ask Experts Anything are in U.S. Dollar.

To cash out your earnings, simply go to My profile > Credit Cards > Input your details under Bank Info or Paypal > Submit

Once you have done setting up your payment details, please contact us at support@askexpertsanything.com for further instructions.
An email notification will be sent to your registered email to inform you that someone has booked a session. To check for the scheduled timing, an email notification will be received from Calendly.

Once you have confirmed the booking or scheduled timing, please follow up with the user to confirm the meeting.
All booking changes will require you to reach out to the user on your own via their email. There is strictly no refund for rescheduling.
Our prices are priced on an hourly basis for all listings. If you wish to break it down into smaller durations, please indicate that in your description and arrange accordingly with the user.
